We believe in old-school strength training that builds toughness and grit.
EVERY SINGLE WRESTLER who has trained with us has gone on to have a better season than the last.
We’ve had County Champions, District Champions, Regional Champions, State Qualifiers, and State Placers.
The training is hard and your wrestler has to want to do it. If they do they will reap the rewards.
The transformations have been amazing to watch over the years. The first Wrestler we trained is now a high school wrestling head coach and one of our coaches.
